Shipping & Returns

  • All in stock items are shipped the same day the order is received if the order is received before 2:00 pm eastern standard time.
  • All orders will be shipped by the method as selected by customers, however on some occasions if a problem occurs alternative shipping methods may be necessary.
  • If you pay for your order by check, shipment will not take place until your check clears our bank. This usually takes 10 days.
  • We ship to the address given by customers. The customer is responsible for any error in shipping addresses.
  • Please note that while we do ship to jails, prisons and correctional institutions, these shipments are sometimes rejected by those institutions. In this case there will be additional shipping charges for the return of the product as well as re-shipping. If after contacted, the customer chooses not to purchase the product a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Due to the lack of cooperation between foreign governments postal systems we are unable to provide tracking information on International shipments. If an international order is returned, a 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Information

  • You may return an item for refund or replacement within 10 days if the product is found to be defective.
  • Under no circumstances will any returns be accepted for refund if returned after 30 days of order date.
  • Computer software, videos, CDs, cassettes, DVDs or other media found to be defective or damaged may only be returned for replacement only. No refunds on this type of media.
  • Returned products must be in a new and undamaged condition, and must include the original box.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • All returns must be accompanied by the original invoice.
  • When you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return.
  • We recommend that you ship your return back to us by a traceable method (such as UPS or some other traceable method). If you do not have a tracking number and your package is lost, we can not issue a credit.
  • All exchanges are charged a re-shipping charge.
  • If an item is returned for other than defective product reasons, a 15% fee will be accessed to cover Credit Card sale and refund charges.
  • Email mh@ministryhelps.com for a Return Authorization Number. You will not receive a credit for the product returned unless you have been issued a Return Authorization Number. The RA# must be written on the outside of all boxes returned.
